  No, in order to continue providing a comfortable, clean, and safe home, we offer shared rooms. This approach helps us maintain affordability and continue serving the low-income population effectively. 

 Yes, our homes do not provide food. Residents are required to purchase their own food, and having a food stamp card is necessary for this purpose. If you do not have a food stamp card, you will need to apply for one or an additional $200.00 will be added to your rent to cover food expenses. 

  First, we will need to conduct an assessment to ensure our home is a good fit for you. For this, we require certain information such as your date of birth, diagnosis, proof of monthly income, and preferred move-in date. Once you decide to move in, additional paperwork will need to be completed to finalize the process. 

   No problem! Although our home is designed for independent individuals, we understand that some residents may require minimal care. We can arrange for a caregiver to come to the home to assist you with tasks such as cooking or laundry. To receive this service, your doctor will need to complete a medical needs form, and you must have Medicaid to cover the cost of these services.
