Salem Manor Supportive Housing has proudly served the community for over 19 years, providing safe, supportive housing rooted in dignity, respect, and understanding. We are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by recognizing their unique needs and promoting independence.
Our homes are designed for independent seniors, low-income individuals, and persons with disabilities who do not require 24-hour care, but prefer the comfort, affordability, and companionship of a shared living environment. Our goal is to provide a healthy, stable, and dignified place to call home.
While Salem Manor Supportive Housing does not provide hands-on personal care or medical services, we have established partnerships with trusted care providers who can deliver services if and when a resident’s needs change.
We serve the more independent clients who do not need 24-care and who are seeking a shared living environment.
We understand the economic challenges that some seniors and Veterans are facing, and we pride ourselves on providing a safe all-inclusive living environment.
Safe and Secure
Our clients should not have to worry if their lights are going to get shut off that is why the rent is all inclusive with all utilities paid.
Any appointments they may have, we have made it easy for them to make sure any services they need our partnered care providers can provide in the home.
We want our clients to be comfortable so they may thrive.
